Delete your Maya data

How to request deletion
Email vaishnavimal28@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data".
Send the email from, or mention, the phone number you used in Maya's gift setup — this is how we find and verify your record.
We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your gift record, including your phone number and the configuration linked to it.
Any support correspondence you ask us to remove.
What is kept, and for how long
Nothing else is stored about you on our servers. Maya does not store your screen content, voice, or requests — they are processed transiently to generate each guidance step and are not retained by us.
Anonymous usage analytics (app events with no personal content, not linked to your identity) are retained for up to 24 months.
Data on your own phone — bill reminders, language preference, consent records — stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall Maya.
Stopping collection immediately
Uninstalling Maya, or turning off its Accessibility permission in Settings → Accessibility, stops all data collection immediately — even before you email us.
